everything just everything, the room was amazing with amazing view, upon entering the room we found a lot of local snacks presented to us with a lovely message from the reception staff called Camilla wishing us a pleasant stay and it sure did. the whole story is that we got the hotel on the same morning and inquired about availability, the staff receptionist Camilla was very nice and answered everything we asked for and even took us for a hotel tour and showed us both the standard room and the room with view room and even took us to see the pool on the roof, the rooms were very very pretty and the pool had an amazing view we we’re so hyped we booked it right away, due to our budget we took the standard room but when we get back to check in we found out that the sweet and amazing Camilla upgraded our room for free and it just immediately made our mode rise up to the highest. the room was very clean, modern, the view from the terrace was just amazing sleeping and waking up to this view was very fulfilling, the roof pool was very nice as well with a view over st Julian’s bay, the staff were very nice and answered each question we had, our stay was very pleasant and if we come back to Malta we are definitely staying again at mercure hotel. if we could rate it more than 10 we would happily do it, overall amazing

We stayed at the hotel, the staff received us in a courteous and very nice manner, the united staff is nice and kind and tidy. I paid for a standard room and we were informed that we were upgraded to a suite without adding any money, the room was of a very high standard, very clean and tidy, equipped with a bathtub and everything worked. There is also Netflix and when we asked for help on the TV within a minute we had an employee in the room who sorted out the problem for us. The pool is amazing and clean and available for many hours. The location is excellent, not noisy but within walking distance of restaurants and public transportation, the breakfast is delicious, a selection of pastries and vegetables and sausages, and breads and eggs. A highly recommended experience worth coming to, those who come to Malta must come to this hotel for a fair price.

The staff were so welcoming and helpful from start to finish. During our stay it was my birthday and the staff must have noticed on my booking so they came to my door with wine and a card. Our room was spotless clean and modern. The room was Cleaned every day. The pool area was so relaxing with lovely views and again it was so fresh and clean all the time. Only had breakfast in the hotel but it was really nice every morning with a great variety of food. Attached pic Is the view from the pool area. We got a phone call on our last evening to ask how our stay went and if we had enjoyed our stay in Malta. Overall it was a fabulous hotel.

Always having good suggestions and solutions and really made my weekend perfect. The rooftop pool is a must, if only to stop for a quick break before going out to take in the view - staff up there are very attentive and friendly too.
